The percentage (typically 3–7%) is based on project complexity, your projected revenue, and the level of ongoing involvement we’ll provide. Lower complexity + higher projected revenue = lower percentage. We discuss this transparently during the proposal process with full financial modelling.
Yes. You can buy out the revenue-share at any point using a pre-agreed multiple formula (typically 3–5x the annual revenue-share amount at time of buyout). This gives you a clear exit path and full ownership if your business grows significantly.
Fixed projects are split into milestone payments: 30% on project kick-off, 40% at mid-project milestone (working prototype), and 30% at go-live. We also offer 30-day invoice payment terms for established businesses. No payment is required before the discovery and design phases are complete.
No hidden fees. We’re transparent about all costs upfront. You will have third-party costs (hosting, domain, payment gateway transaction fees, third-party API subscriptions) which we itemise in your proposal. Our fees are separate and clearly stated.
For fixed-price projects, post-warranty support is available from R3,500/month for a 10-hour monthly retainer. For revenue-sharing projects, ongoing maintenance and enhancements are included as part of the revenue-share arrangement. Custom support packages are available for larger needs.
